Patron Bishop’s Pastoral Letter on the visit of St Thérèse to Leeds

St Thérèse of Lisieux visits Leeds Cathedral on 3 October.  Bishop Arthur Roche, Bishop of Leeds, is one of the Bishop patrons of the visit of the relics (with Bishop McMahon of Nottingham).

In Bishop Roche’s Pastoral Letter – read out in the parishes of his diocese last Sunday – he says he hopes the Cathedral will become “a ‘little Lisieux,’ – a shrine to one of the most remarkable and well-loved saints in the history of the Church.”
